Coaching that sees the whole athlete — and the whole person.

For athletes chasing serious goals and people who haven't realized that they are athletes yet. Whatever the goal, I'm here to help you get there.

Let's Talk
HOW I COACH

The three “pillars” of coaching

Every athlete I work with gets all three. This isn't an add-on model. It's my philosophy — because this is what actually works.

PILLAR ONE

Endurance

Smart, periodized programming built for your sport — running, cycling, triathlon, or simply building your aerobic base.

Training that respects your life, your schedule, and where you are right now. Not cookie-cutter. Not one-size-fits-all.

PILLAR THREE

Fueling

Nutrition guidance from a Registered Dietitian and sports nutrition specialist. Not trends. Not restriction. Science.

Whether you're under-fueling, optimizing body composition, or managing REDs — I understand that relationship from both directions.

*OLYMPIC LIFTING VIDEO REVIEW INCLUDED

Your lifting program includes ongoing technique review. Send me videos, and I'll give you feedback to keep you safe, strong, and progressing. This is part of the foundation — not an upsell, or a bonus. It's how I coach. Never lifted before? No worries, we will start where you're comfortable.

WHO COACHING IS FOR

All ages. All levels.

I work with runners, cyclists, and triathletes — and people who simply want to be strong, fit, and healthy. You don't need a race on the calendar to deserve excellent coaching.

Including specialized support for REDs, under-fueling, and body composition.

I got into coaching because I care about people — not as clients, but as human beings trying to build something. Whether that's finishing your first 5K or standing on a podium you've been chasing for years — those goals matter to me. I will show up for you the way I'd want someone to show up for me.

THE ATHLETE SPECTRUM

Wherever you are is the right place to start.

First-timers to the race-obsessed. The same method, care, and science at every level. The only thing that changes is the goal.

First timer Getting back Going for it Race-obsessed

First-timers

Never raced or trained before. Wondering if this is even for you. It is.

Getting back

Used to be fit. Life happened and ready to find the love for it again.

Going for it

Competing regularly. Want to go faster, smarter, and further.

Race-obsessed

Chasing an audacious goal, trying to qualify for a major event, or hit a big PR. Ready to leave it all out there.

The method doesn't change. Only the goal does.
